The 70-kDa ribosomal protein S6 kinase 1 (S6K1) act to control mRNA translation and regulate proliferation among cells.In the present study, we investigated the role of S6K1 following testis spermatogenic injuries induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4).Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham, CCl4-4w, CCl4-4w+H2 (inhaled 3％ H2 gas for 1 week).
