　　Within the "Austrian Nano Initiative" the bmvit has fund with a budget of about € 70 Million for the year 2004 to 2011 several research clusters on Nanotechnology.The "Austrian Nano Initiative" had the objectives to broaden the basis for cooperation between science and industry,to cutback incertitude's and lack of information concerning EHS and to fix nanotechnology in public perception.Nantechnology is now funded within the research Programm "Production of the Future".
