　　Gold cluster – peptide nanoprobes have attracted increasing attention in life science and biomedicine fields [1].Especially,gold cluster – peptide nanoprobes exhibit the promising application for early disease diagnosis because of their sensitivity and stability in biomedical targeting detection.However,the impact of gold cluster is still impossible to be considered in the targeting peptide screening experiments(phage display).This limits the nanoprobe targeted validity significantly.
