数十年来,通过基因疗法治愈遗传疾病始终是人类矢志不渝的梦想.寻找合适的载体将外源基因送入细胞便是该疗法的核心.因此阳离子聚合物应运而生,它易于与DNA结合,而且细胞毒性低;转染效率高[1].其中聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)自1995年被首次使用以来,被认为是最高效的聚合物材料之一,其易制备、易改性、低成本等优点使之倍受青睐[2].从分子水平揭示PEI与DNA的作用机理对于优化载体设计具有重要意义.
