　　Background:Some articles reported that some breast cancer, NSCLC and etc patients with hypertension who received definitive radiotherapy and concurrently use the beta-blocker medicine had better survival outcome than the non-hypertension patients.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between hypertension and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) with definitive radiotherapy in Chinese population.
