一种轻质高性能热防护材料的性能与表征

  本文采用多孔无机材料作为支撑体,通过在这些孔隙中填充耐烧蚀隔热气凝胶形成一种轻质热防护材料,这种材料具有极低的密度(0.3g/cm3)和极其优异的抗烧蚀热防护能力.在热流密度为7MW/m2驻点试验中,材料表面温度超过2500℃,30s后材料(厚度为6cm)背温未发生变化,经过10分钟后材料背温达到最高为69℃.该材料在未来深空探测以及火星着陆任务中具有非常广泛的应用前景.
