  界面电子转移是决定太阳能电池光电转换效率的主要因素。通常认为电子施主-受主间的共价键相互作用强,绝热转移机制支配电子转移过程,弱范德瓦尔斯力促使非绝热转移机制主导电子转移过程。电子-空穴复合是影响光电转换效率的另一重要因素,复合率由能级差、非绝热耦合强度和纯退相三者协同决定。
