　　Chemical cross-linking of proteins coupled with mass spectrometry analysis(CXMS)is a particularlyuseful technique in structural analyses of protein complexes.Till now,CXMS is mostly limited to lysinespecific cross-linkers,retrieving only a small portion of the structural information theoretically accessibleto CXMS.
