米勒循环增压汽油机早燃问题改善研究

  提高汽油机低速转矩是改善乘用车驾驶性能和低速化节油路线的重要手段, 但是也面临如何克服低速早燃现象的问题。 本文对一款采用米勒循环的增压汽油机低速早燃特性进行了参数敏感性试验分析, 发现降低冷却液和进气温度以及加浓混合气的方式, 能在一定程度上抑制早燃, 但作用有限, 不能达到期望指标, 说明该现象与点火前缸内状态密切相关。 采用光纤传感器监测燃烧过程发现, 早燃主要发生在排气门附近, 结合CFD 缸内流场分析, 此区域湍动能分布较弱,可能是早燃发生的主要原因。 随后通过优化缸盖进气道和导气屏, 提升滚流和湍动能, 有效抑制了早燃, 进而实现了期望目标。
