Laser brazing is a welding technology of heating the brazing filler metal with laser as heat source.Compared with tradi- tional welding technology, laser brazing has been widely used in automobile manufacturing because of its high efficiency and high quali- ty.The laser brazing technology has more stringent requirements on the geometric accuracy and process of products.In order to avoid the risk of products and processes in the phase of design, we carried out a systematic evaluation and research on the design of 5 models in DPCA.Finally, we have formed a more scientific and suitable constrains for the product and process of laser brazing.
