支化结构紫外光活性聚乳酸的合成

聚乳酸(PLA)是一种可再生的生物降解高分子材料。一步法合成聚乳酸成本低,但分子量较低。本文利用一步法制备聚乳酸分子量低的特点,通过端基改性实现聚乳酸的光活性,固化交联提高聚乳酸性能。采用季戊四醇和丙烯酸依次对直接熔融缩聚法制备的低分子量聚乳酸进行端轻基和端双键改性,制备了端轻基聚乳酸(OHPLA)、双键端基光活性聚乳酸(DPLA)。通过紫外光固化成膜(FPLA),在涂料、油墨等领域有较大的应用潜力。
