聚丙烯用膨胀型阻燃成炭剂的制备和应用

膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)作为无卤化阻燃剂的代表之一,是所有无卤阻燃剂发展最快的一类。本文对IFR体系中的成炭剂进行改性,旨在达到良好阻燃的同时对PP的影响达到最小。以PER为基体合成PEPA,然后与苯麟酰二氯反应合成BCPPOa FTIR分析反应前后官能团的变化,TGA表明,并以对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)和乙二胺(EDA)为原料,在低温下溶液聚合聚对苯二甲酞乙二胺(PETA)。TGA分析表征表明,PETA有较高的耐热性,成炭率高达20%以上。最后以GO为基体通过氢键和共价键分别将PER和PEPA-TDI负载在GO的表面,制备两种功能化GO(FGO和PGO)。通过FTIR和XPS等对两种功能化GO的结构进行了表征,并对其阻燃性和阻燃机理进行了研究。结果表明,GO的存在对FGO和PGO阻燃PP碳层的致密程度和交联度有一个较大的增强作用,炭层的增强既可以起到隔热作用以阻止内层聚合物的进一步降解,也可以阻碍可燃物向表面的迁移、隔绝氧气和可燃性气体接触高聚物表面,还有隔热的作用以阻止燃烧的热源向高聚物传递而且能够,对于膨胀型阻燃聚合物而言,这些特征对于提高阻燃性能有关键的作用。
