胆囊穿孔的多层螺旋CT诊断价值探讨

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT诊断胆囊穿孔的价值。方法:对经手术证实的12例胆囊穿孔患者多层螺旋CT资料进行回顾性分析,总结其CT征象。结果:胆囊穿孔CT影像上最常见的直接征象是胆囊壁中断,邻近中断处胆囊壁表现为黏膜皱襞样,其次为胆囊壁不规则增厚;壁中断处胆囊旁积液或积液量较多是主要的间接征象,对帮助诊断有重要意义。结论:多层螺旋CT诊断胆囊穿孔在临床上有一定的应用价值。
