  Objective To prospectively investigate the capability of differentiating benign and malignant nodules with quantitative first-pass perfusion CT in volume helical shuttle technique.Methods This prospective study was approved by the institutional review board,and informed consent was assigned by all patients.Forty-one patients (27 male,14 female,age range 31-73 years) were recuited in this study.
