肝移植是世界上公认的治疗急、慢性终末期肝病唯一有效的方法,主要适应症有:肝硬化、肝脏肿瘤、急性肝功能衰竭、代谢性疾病(肝豆状核变性)等.随着手术方法的日益成熟,肝移植术后的5年成活率也逐年增高.那么,如何能更好的提高移植后肝脏的成活率呢?这是需要我们思考的问题.
