In this paper,we consider the inviscid limit and zero surface tension limit for the compressible Navier-Stokes equations on the free boundary problem with surface tension.We obtain uniform estimates for the solutions of the compressible Navier-Stokes in the Sobolev conormal spaces in a time interval $[0,T_0]$ which is independent of the viscosity and surface tension coefficient.
