　　Traditionally, synergistic phototermal therapy (PTT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) usually depended on two near-infrared (NIR) lasers in different wavelengths to induce PTT and PDT effect,respectively.However, the one-step mechanism used in our study simplified the process by facilitating synergistic PTT/PDT by a single wavelength.
