　　Human papillomavirus 16/18/58/6/11 L 1 VLPs were produced in baculovirus expression system.Mice were immunized with these types of VLPs respectively, and were used to develop monoclonal antibodies.We screened the hybridomas with HPV 16/18/58/6/11 VLP-ELISA and pseudovirus neutralization assay, and obtained 30 neutralizing monoclonal antibodies in total.To our surprise, we not only developed type specific neutralizing antibodies but also developed cross neutralizing monoclonal antibodies.
