Background Primary dysmenorrhea is the most prevalent gynecological diseases, and Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) has been widely used in addition to western medicine.The aim of this study is to explore CHM combination patterns commonly used to treat dysmenorrhea by analyzing a large-scale prescription database.
