Background The diagnosis and treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is commonly based on the information of disease manifestation.However, the diagnosis is usually subjective and free evaluation to and the treatment is usually changing with time.There were seldom studies aimed to analyze the comprehensive changes of manifestations in the aspect of a specific treatment.A scientific approach to the clinical practice of TCM may generate solid data for Evidence-based medicine rather than a healing art.
