膀胱肿瘤预后观察报告--附364例膀胱肿瘤患者随访

目的:随访我院膀胱肿瘤患者的预后情况,分析膀胱肿瘤特征对其预后的影响.方法:随访收集了2006-06至2011-12之间收治的364例膀胱肿瘤患者的资料.328例非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者及21例肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者行TURBT术(transurethral resection of bladder tumor,经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术),6例浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者采用膀胱部分切除术,9例浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者采用根治性膀胱切除术.保留膀胱手术的患者术后随机予以表阿霉素、阿霉素、羟基喜树碱、吡柔比星、丝裂霉素行膀胱灌注.随访至2012年12月,计量资料分析采用t检验,各组率的比较采用卡方检验.
