FIVE NOVEL SPECIES ISOLATED AS ENDOPHYTES FROM AUSTRALIAN NATIVE PLANTS

　　Over five hundred endophytic actinomycetes were isolated from four surface-sterilized Australian native plants using extended incubation times of up to 12 weeks.Based on full 16S rRNA gene sequencing at least five isolates were identified,to date,as novel species-Strains CAP 290T.EUM 221T.EUM 374T,EUM 378T and PIP 143T.had a similarity to the closest related species for Nocardia albiflava DSM 45063T (98.6%).Pseudonocardia zijingensis DSM 44774T (98.7%).Pseudonocardia spinosispora LM 14IT (96.3%).Actinopolymorpha singaporensis IM 7744T (94.4%) and Actinopolymorpha rutila DSM 18448T (98.1%).respectively.Detailed phenotypic.
