数字PCR方法动态监测EGFR-TKI治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者血浆EGFR突变状态

目的：表皮生长因子受体-酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKI)对于有EGFR敏感突变的非小细胞肺癌患者是非常有效的治疗方式。因此,EGFR基因检测对于选择合适的患者并实时监测药物的治疗效果非常重要。本研究主要为了验证数字PCR方法能否特异和定量检测血浆中循环肿瘤DNA及EGFR突变状态变化,指导临床治疗。
