：
目的：许多患者此前经过常规基因突变检测，但是并没有发现可以应用分子靶向药物的驱动基因改变，从而丧失应用分子靶向药物的机会。本研究拟应用高通量杂交捕获新一代测序技术对晚期恶性肿瘤组织标本进行检测，以期发现新的靶向用药基因突变。
