目的：研究鹿茸多肽对乳腺癌骨转移肿瘤生长及破骨细胞的影响。方法：40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型对照组、唑来膦酸组和鹿茸多肽组，每组10只。假手术组在大鼠胫骨内注射生理盐水，其他3组通过于胫骨内注射乳腺癌细胞(MRMT-1)建立乳腺癌骨转移模型，各组分别给予对应药物，模型组造模后不予处理，给药20天。
