Microdisk lasers have attracted a great attention in the past two decades,as a potential light source for photonic integrated circuits and optical interconnects,due to the advantages of small cavity volume,low threshold and power consumption.Directional emission microdisk lasers were realized by directly connecting an output waveguide to the microdisk resonator [1],[2],where the mode Q factor could be adjusted for reaching high speed modulation [3].
