  The Heihe River basin,a typical inland river basin of arid regions in China,has a long water resourceutilizing history over the past 2ka.However,accompanying with the water utilization intensity stronger,the ecological problems as deduction of water in down reaches,falling of the water level,vegetation degeneration and so forth was more and more observed in the recent years.
