　　Water resources availability has turned out to be a global challenge due to its shortage and scarcity in some regions of the world.Arid regions around the globe continue to be victims as a result of this challenge.This striking challenge can be linked to many factors but a major of these is the result of climate change which has posted a major threat to natural resources including water resources.
