:
结合心律失常伴高血压患者的特点,考虑该患者治疗过程中应同时考虑血压水平、心律失常、心房增大、左心室肥厚、血压晨峰、高脂血症等诸多问题。除积极降压外,还应加强心脏重构的预防,减少心律失常的发生,尤其恶性心律失常的发生,以减少高血压性心律失常引发的一系列严重后果。建议选择如血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和长效钙离子阻断剂等具有逆转心脏重构的药物,将血压降至较为理想的水平,同时控制血压晨峰,逆转心房扩大及左心室
