“十二五”是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期,也是我国建筑防水行业调整结构,转变经济增长方式和继续发展壮大的重要时期。根据《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》、《建筑业发展“十二五”规划》和《建筑材料工业“十二五”发展指导意见》,结合建筑防水行业的实际情况,制定《建筑防水行业“十二五”发展规划》。
“The Twelfth Five-year Plan” is a crucial period for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and an important period for China’s waterproofing industry to adjust its structure, transform its mode of economic growth and continue to grow and develop. According to “The People’s Republic of China National Economic and Social Development Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, “Construction Industry Development” Twelfth Five-Year Plan and Construction Materials Industry Twelfth Five-Year Development Guiding Opinions, Combined with the actual situation of the construction waterproofing industry, the development of “building waterproofing industry,” “second five” “development plan.”
