Objective: To analyze the clinical features, possible mechanisms,and outcomes of liver abscess after transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) treatment with kelt microsphere gelatin(KMG) for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods: Clinical data were retrospectively reviewed for HCC patients treated with KMG embolization and complicated with liver abscess in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013.
