Polymeric micelle (PM) drug delivery systems have an enormous potential for improving the efficacy of cancer treatment.In this article, a brain delivery system was engineered by conjugation of cholesterol to polyoxyethylene sorbitol oleate (CPSO) to form an amphipathic material, subsequently facilitating the transport of the micelles across the blood-brain barrier (BBB).
