BACKGROUND It is difficult to localise the Gravitational wave(GW) source.However,localising the sources of GWs is vitally crucial to perform EM follow up and further to identify the electromagnetic counterpart of GW event.It is beneficial for combining GWs observatories with electromagnetic transients to the multi-messenger astronomy in the advanced detector era.
