　　目的 RUNX1 is a transcription factor expressed in multiple organs that plays important roles in embryonic development andhematopoiesis.While RUNX1 is highly expressed in pulmonary tissues,its role in lung function and homeostasis are unknown.Therefore,we aim to assess the role of RUNX1 during lung formation and repair after acute lung injury.

一例支气管激发试验阳性使用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂后不敏感的报告
目的 探讨、分析硫酸沙丁胺醇对支气管激发试验阳性肺功能的改善作用。方法 一位患者肺功能检测支气管激发试验阳性,FEV1较基础下降20％,使用酸沙丁胺醇400ug20分钟后,再做用力肺功能检测FEVI仍继续下降,再次喷酸沙丁胺醇200ug20分钟后,再做用力肺功能检测FEVI仍继续下降,患者精神状态好,没有明显喘息、呼吸困难、无剧烈咳嗽,肺功能检测质控好。
