  癌症的治疗已经受到广泛关注,设计和合成能够区分癌细胞的荧光探针很有必要。我们开发了一种新型的开启型荧光探针,该探针以丙烯酰基作为检测半胱氨酸的反应位点,以生物素作为靶向癌细胞的靶向单元,并使用荧光素衍生物作为荧光团。当向含有探针的体系中添加半胱氨酸时,由于半胱氨酸和丙烯酰基亲核反应释放荧光团,使得荧光发射显著增强。
