The current research,based on after-service failure information,explores reliability data analysis and management system,for the purpose of recognizing the regular longevity of wheel loader products,investigating the differences on reliability between home-made wheel loader products and the imported ones,and proposing effective measures for the reliability promotion of the home-made products.In accordance with the demands of reliability target and the practical needs of the manufacturers,the author makes detailed analysis on wheel loader as a whole and its components in the light of repairable system and irrepairable system.As for repairable system,a stochastic process model is demonstrated on the basis of stochastic process theory; as for irrepairable system,on the basis of random variables theory,a reliability math model is created as well.Furthermore,relevant analyzing programs are presented for automatic model-checking and model-choosing.Finally,some corresponding evaluating methods are provided for the practical needs of manufacturers.The system has been applied into the data analysis of wheel loader model ZL50 in a major manufacturer at home,the efficacy of which has been proved to satisfy the manufacturers needs.Whats more,the system can provide an accurate and timely analysis for the manufacturers,and has become one of the most fundamental,urgent,and economical approaches in current reliability research project of wheel loader industry.
