1,3-氧氮天然生物碱化合物骨架合成研究

1,3-氧氮天然生物碱Chinese Bittersweet Alkaloid(1)和(2)是一类具有全新骨架的生物活性化合物[1]。作为生物活性的研究,经过美国NCI癌症研究中心筛选,该类化合物中化合物(2)在筛选的9个细胞系的60个癌细胞株中对非小细胞肺癌HOP-92细胞株展现出良好的抑制活性。
