Enzyme extracting maethod assisted by ultrasound was adopted to extract collagen from the skin of Hainan tilapia,which was prepared in a three-dimensional porous scaffold by freeze drying method.The results showed that the collagen porous scaffolds prepared by in vitro enzymatic degradation method have a good performance to obtain new materials with properties of drug delivery and water absorption capacity.The studies have a great role in promoting the clinic technology for medical dressings.
