洋葱腐烂病菌(Burkholderia gladioli pv.alliicola)寄藏在洋葱、郁金香等多种经济植物种子及鳞茎、球茎中,是我国重要检疫性有害生物,在口岸多次截获,一旦传入将对我国农业生产造成严重的经济损失,因此需要建立快速准确的检测方法.环介导等温扩增(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)技术是日本荣研化学株式会社学者建立的一种新型核酸扩增方法,具有高效、快速等特点,广泛应用于动植物、人类病原体的检测,近年来在植物检疫性病原检测方面也有一定的应用.
