　　A new cross-linked heptapeptide matrix (CHM) was prepared and the adsorption performance for papain was investigated.Firstly,a phage-displayed heptapeptide (Ile-Gln-Ser-Pro-His-Phe-Phe) with high affmity to papain was found.Secondly,the heptapeptide was cross-linked to a matrix for papain adsorption.Finally,the adsorption conditions was optimized by response surface methodology.
