　　Multilayered scaffolds are advantageous in vascular tissue engineering,in consideration of better combination of topological structures,biomechanics,and biocompatibility than the scaffolds with single construction.To design a bilayered vascular scaffolds with biomimic vascular structure,P(LLA-CL) and collagen components were blended with different ratios for choosing the optimal compound proportion.
