In order to satisfy the clinical requirements of comfort and minimizing a foreign body reaction,there is a need to design new types of hernia mesh with light weight,large-porous and suitable mechanical performance.The purpose of this article is to design a new type of hernia mesh by changing structure,adjusting knitting parameters and controlling morphology through heat setting to meet the clinical demand.
