  TAT is a kind of synthesized peptide that is able to carry large molecules into cells independent of classical endocytosis,which has been widely used in the research of tumor drug delivery.But its' non-selective penetrating could make the drug carriers get into normal cells.In order to decrease the killing of normal cells,we use Poly-β-malic(PMLA)acid modified with TAT and longer cleavable PEG5000 linked with pH-sensitive hydrazine bond.Poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)is the most commonly used coating material with non-fouling property.
