The central nervous system(CNS)mainly relies on neurotransmitter release and electrophysiological signal to complete the transmission and integration of information(1).As the most common excitatory neurotransmitter in the CNS,L-glutamate primarily regulates presynaptic and postsynaptic receptors(2).Many neurological diseases,such as communication dysfunction,Parkinsons disease,stroke and epilepsy,are caused by abnormal transmission of glutamate.Thus,it is of big significant to simultaneously measure glutamate flux and electrophysiological signal in real-time.
