大曲率下单向复合材料的拉伸承载结构初设计

  碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)具有质轻高强的特点已作为承力结构被应用到各行各业,而大曲率下的拉伸承载问题的研究却很少.本文初步设计了圆棒和矩形两种截面的复合材料承载相结构,利用TPU的挤出涂覆工艺对其中的矩形承载形式又进行了单层单列、单层双列、单列两层和单列四层几种结构的设计和制备,并对5种结构的拉伸、弯曲行为进行了模拟、测试和对比试验,结果表明:模拟计算和实验测试具有良好的一致性;相同层数时,弯曲破坏力值随CFRP片材数增加而成倍增加,但弯曲破坏直径相近;层数增加,弯曲破坏直径直线增加,且弯曲承载的比强度降低;半层间距b越小其曳引带越容易弯曲,半列间距a的最佳取值是1mm.180℃预热1min比250℃预热10s更适合改善TPU与CFRP的界面粘结.
