Objective:Discuss the way of managing extracorporeal circulation (ECC) in heart transplanting.Methods:There are 3 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy which including 1 male and 2 female,were performed heart transplanting in extracorporeal circulation.The beforehanding priming of extracorporeal circulation circuit was given priority to colloid.It was adopted with moderate hemodilution,non-pulsatile perfusion,2.4 ~ 2.8L/(min.m2) pump flow and perfusion pressure ranged 80 ~ 120mmHg.ECC was performed with hollow fiber oxygenator.Albumin and jelofusiae were orimed in advanced basis on the characteristic of heart diseases sufferer and testing results.The moderate hypothermic ECC was used.
