　　This study provided a lightweight design in proton exchange membrane fuel cell.Because the bipolar plate occupy the ninety percent of the volume,and the main source of weight in PEMFC,this study decreased the weight and cost by choosing plastic material which is coated with conductive copper and gold to form bipolar plate.
