  世界性的能源议题,其中再生能源是备重视的,特别是燃料电池发展至今,在专利、技术的突破,让燃料电池系统整合有充份的运行,也使得在台湾明道大学发展出第一部的燃料电池车。

随着燃料电池微型化的发展趋势,金属材料所制成的双极板成为未来双极板发展的主要方向。以加工多通道蛇形流道为例,提出采用模板电解法加工金属双极板上的微流道结构。建立模板电解加工的理论数学模型,并利用有限元软件对模板电解加工微流道的成形过程进行模拟,研究加载电压对模板电解加工过程中阴阳极表面电场分布的影响。
ScSZ(Sc2O3-stabiized ZrO2)has been extensively used as an electrolyte in solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC),due to its higher electrical conductivity in relatively low temperature(600-800℃).
本研究探討使用金屬發泡材為流道之高溫型質子交換膜燃料電池之性能特性。高溫質子交換膜為Advent TPS(R)膜,比較兩種不同的流道分別是傳統單蛇與金屬發泡材流道之性能差異。並探討在不同操作溫度、燃料當量比與加濕條件下之電池性能表現。同時以交流阻抗分析法研究電池在不同操作條件下之阻抗,以探討相關電化學機制。
