Among the lead-free piezoelectric materials family,sodium bismuth titanate,Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3 (NBT),has been considered to be a promising candidate to substitute lead-based materials,e.g.PZT,which have been widely used for ultrasonic generators,actuators and other electronic devices,because of its strong ferroelectricity,excellent piezoelectricity and high Curie temperature.However,there is few report on the grain size effect on electric properties of NBT-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics.
