Electrochromism is the phenomenon displayed by some materials of reversibly changing color when a burst of charge is applied to induced charge injection and ext raction,through the reduction and oxidation reaction.Various types of materials and structures can be used to construct electrochromic devices,depending on the specific applications.In this paper,WO3 and Ta2O5 thin films produced by vacuum deposition was used as the electrochromic layer and electrolyte,respectively.The electrochromic property of these films were analysed to gain the best film conditions.
